HALL Food & Wine Pairing

Wine: 2010 “Kathryn Hall” Cabernet | Dish: Lamb shoulder, bitter greens, and celery root ~ Every third Saturday of the month in our St Helena Tasting room, Chef and Sr Wine Educator, Todd Kerlin will be on hand to talk about why the flavors meld beautifully with the wines and answer questions on how to best create pairings for your wines when you take them home. A recipe card will be offered for guests.
